About the project
The architectural concept is based on the idea of a courtyard: two independent buildings that together form a protected interior space. The courtyard garden is this space—a green island toward which all apartments are oriented.
The project is deliberately clearly structured. The architecture avoids staging and focuses on good proportions, natural lighting, and functional structures. All units are barrier-free, feature private outdoor spaces, and are designed to be appealing for everyday use.
